📄 Refund Policy
Payment & Service Provision
Sorting within the free range (up to 3 accounts and 5 posts) is free. Larger sorts (up to 10 accounts and 20 posts) cost a one-time ₩500 per sort — there is no subscription or recurring payment.
The sorted report is generated and sent immediately after payment, so refunds are not possible once the report has been delivered.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments for the same sort
- Report not delivered due to payment errors or system failures

📋 이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Instagram Sorter(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차를 규정합니다. 서비스는 공개 Instagram 계정의 게시물을 수집·정렬한 리포트를 이용자가 입력한 이메일로 제공합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용 및 요금)
- 무료 이용: 1회 요청당 계정 3개 이하, 계정당 게시물 5개 이하
- 유료 이용: 무료 범위 초과 시 1회당 500원 (최대 계정 10개 × 게시물 20개)
- 유료 결제는 요청 건별 일회성 결제이며, 구독·자동결제·정기결제가 아닙니다.
- 결제는 토스페이먼츠를 통해 처리됩니다.
제3조 (결제 및 환불)
리포트는 결제 즉시 생성되어 이메일로 발송되므로, 발송 완료 후에는 환불이 불가합니다. 단, 동일 건에 대한 중복 결제 또는 결제 오류·시스템 장애로 리포트가 발송되지 않은 경우 전액 환불합니다. 환불 문의: sortposts@gmail.com
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 공개된 Instagram 계정에 대해서만 분석을 요청할 수 있으며, 제공받은 리포트를 관련 법령에 위반되는 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
제5조 (책임의 한계)
Instagram의 정책 변경, 대상 계정의 비공개 전환 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 일부 데이터가 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 경우 제3조에 따른 환불 규정을 따릅니다.

🔒 개인정보처리방침
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

- [선택] Google 로그인 시: 이름, 이메일, 프로필 사진
- [자동 수집] 서비스 이용 기록, 결제 기록
2. 수집·이용 목적
- 분석 리포트 생성 및 이메일 발송
- 결제 처리, 환불 및 문의 대응
- 서비스 이용 기록 관리 및 부정 이용 방지
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
이용자의 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 결제·환불 기록은 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년간 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보 처리 위탁
- 토스페이먼츠: 결제 처리
- Amazon Web Services: 데이터 보관 및 시스템 운영
5. 제3자 제공
법령에 의한 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
